Participation Rules：

1. Only regionally accredited overseas academic institutions are accepted.

2. Exhibitors shall send their authorized personnel (faculty professor, advisor, recruitment officer, or Chinese representatives, etc.) to attend the exhibition.

3. Exhibitors to Anhui Province are required to provide a negative nucleic acid test result conducted within 48 hours, a trip code and a green health code.

Participation Procedures：

1. Apply by online registration. The booth fee discount ends on January 15, 2022.

2. Upon receipt of the application, the organizer will inform the applicant in 5 workdays. If the application is accepted, the organizer will send the invoice to the applicant for payment.

3. The booth location will be confirmed after the receipt of the booth rental fee.

4. The organizer will create the Exhibitor online account, which is compiled to assist exhibitors to prepare for participation.

5. Booths will be allocated upon receipt of full payment and the allocations are on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
