After registration, we will provide exhibitors with following services:

1. We will build virtual booth to highlight exhibitors online, including institution's Logo, featured pictures, brief introduction, VR panoramic display file and promotional short video, etc.

2. We will provide one hour live-streaming session for exhibitors, where they could give live lecture about the recruitment policies, featured disciplines & programs, and make interactive Q&A with online visitors during the session. Maximum three staff could be acting as the speakers together.

3. We will provide the preparatory services for your live-streaming session, such as help with speakers to test the live-streaming and make relative rehearsal ahead of time, in order to make you a smooth participation.

4. With professional third-party steady live-streaming platform, colleagues in different regions could make concurrent live-streaming, such as PPT lecture, video display, interactive Q&A with online visitors. What’s more, after the live-streaming session there will be REPLAY function consequently which would bring you much more exposure and promotion in the whole year.

5. We will provide online exhibition webpage display and promotion by organizer's channels.
6. Multiple promotion and publicity through major media partners' channels.

Exhibitor's promotional materials requirements and preparation items:
1. Institution Logo: To upload one Logo (480px * 480px in JPG, PNG or JPGE).
2. Featured Pictures: To upload three Featured Pictures (1000px * 640px in JPG, PNG or JPGE). The pictures could be the university gate, buildings, library, campus scenery,etc.

3. Institution Brief Introduction: To upload one Brief Introduction in PDF version (up to 300M), which necessarily contains the general contact information for visitors to easily reach you later.

4. Promotion Short Video: A recorded promotion short video (MP4, 1080p, 30fps, max 6 minutes) could be uploaded.

5. VR Panoramic Display File: In case you have already created such VR display file, it is easy to upload one VR file to our platform for people to take a full view of your institution and campus. The VR display file is required in ZIP format less than 4G.

6. PPT Presentation in the Live-streaming: Exhibitor could prepare the PPT ahead of time to be lectured for the live-streaming session.

7. Live-streaming Platform: Speakers need to download Tencent Conference APP in your PC ahead of time in order to make the live-streaming and PPT presentation.

8. Speakers Requirement: Speakers are required with good professionalism, strong working ability, being familiar with the university and the relevant programs, strong communication skills. Maximum three speakers can be together in the

live-streaming session.

9. Words and Opinions in Live-streaming: Speakers are not allowed to contain illegal speech, opinions or words during the live streaming, otherwise they shall be themselves responsible for the consequences accordingly.

10. Copyright of Promotion Materials: Relevant pictures, videos and other materials involved in the promotion materials should be authorized or/and licensed in advance to avoid any copyright disputes.
